Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old. Users under the age of majority need permission from a parent or guardian. Live streaming and paid purchases require a minimum age of 18, while direct messaging requires a minimum age of 16.

You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for keeping your account secure. Services are for personal, non-commercial use unless GORRA gives written permission.

You retain ownership of the original content you upload. By uploading content, you grant GORRA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to operate, display, distribute, and promote the services.

The app and all of its components belong to GORRA and are protected by copyright, trade secret, and trademark law. This includes the program code, audio engine, amp and effect models, official presets, calibration and sound-tuning data, drum samples, synth sounds, designs, logos, and the GORRA brand. These terms do not transfer any rights in those components to you.

GORRA grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the official app obtained from Google Play, the App Store, or another channel designated by GORRA, in accordance with these terms.

Without GORRA's written permission, you may not:

• disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to obtain the app's source code, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits it;
• copy, extract, or distribute app components, including amp and effect models, official presets, calibration data, samples, and sounds;
• modify the app, create derivative works of it, or distribute or offer modified or unofficial versions of the app;
• circumvent, disable, or bypass feature locks, access restrictions, version checks, or other security measures;
• access GORRA servers or APIs other than through the official apps and websites, including with bots, scrapers, or automated tools.

GORRA Dev and other test versions may only be used by testers registered by GORRA. Tester access is personal, can be revoked at any time, and ends when the test program ends.

Test versions, unannounced features, and information you obtain during testing are confidential. Without GORRA's written permission, testers may not share installation files, invitation links, tester accounts, or screenshots and recordings of unannounced features with anyone else.

Test versions may be unstable, and data in the test environment may be changed or deleted at any time.

You confirm that you have the rights or permission to use your content. Content must not be illegal, invade privacy, or contain hate, pornography, extreme violence, or fraud. GORRA may restrict or remove content that violates these terms.

Portfolio information and claims of ownership must be accurate. Users are responsible for professional interactions, gig contracts, and ticket listings. GORRA acts as the platform facilitator.

GORRA Coins and Credits are only valid within GORRA and cannot be exchanged for money by their holder. Credits are only for GORRA services and cannot be moved to another account. Purchases are final unless the law requires otherwise: GORRA does not refund coins or credits that have been bought. If Google Play, the App Store, or a payment provider returns the money for a purchase (a refund or chargeback), GORRA may take back those coins or credits, including ones already spent, and restrict the account until the difference is settled. Creator earnings withdrawals are subject to minimum withdrawal amounts, fees, identity verification (KYC), and taxes.

If you violate these terms, GORRA may restrict features, revoke tester access, suspend or delete your account, and block access to the services, with or without prior notice. To the extent permitted by law, paid features, coins, and credits obtained or used through a violation may be canceled without a refund.

GORRA may also claim damages and pursue civil and criminal remedies under Indonesian law, including the Copyright Law, the Trade Secret Law, and the Electronic Information and Transactions Law and its amendments.

Send infringement claims to hello@gorra.id with the subject "GORRA Copyright Infringement Claim". Include proof of ownership, your identity, the content URL, and a statement that your report is accurate.

Reports about modified or pirated GORRA apps, or leaked test versions, can be sent to the same address.

Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, GORRA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or loss of profits or data.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will first be addressed through mutual discussion. If no agreement is reached, they will be resolved through BANI or the jurisdiction of a District Court.
